How It Works

Step 1: Sign Up!

Check out our pricing page and choose a service-plan-package that works best with your podcasting schedule. Once you have created your account, you will receive an email with the submission and setup instructions.

Step 2: Setup

Use the instructions that were emailed to you after opening your account. Go ahead and set up your Dropbox folder structures, compile the required information and outline your first episode. Then submit it to us.

Step 3: Submit Your Audio Files

Submit your episode to us with your notes as outlined in the submission instructions email. Once received, we will provide you with a confirmation email to notify you of receipt. The project will be completed and returned to you within 48 hours of your submission, assuming everything needed is received.

Step 4: Editing, Production, & Quality Assurance

Upon receipt of your submission, we will place your project into processing. Processing includes Editing and Production.

Once the episode is edited and produced, it is then reviewed for a second time during out Quality Assurance stage. 

You will be notified as your project moves through each stage of the process.

After processing the editing and production, your episode will go through Quality Assurance and get reviewed for a second time. 

Step 5: Final Production Returned To You Within 48 Hours.

Once the project passes through quality control and is approved, it will be uploaded to the completed folder. You will be informed by email that your project is completed and ready for publishing.

I want or need my podcast completed in 48 hours. Can you help?

Yes! Purchase your desired plan or send us an email to get started. We will have your project turned around to you, completed within 48 hours of you submitting the needed material.

Are There Contractual Obligations With The Monthly Plans?

No. There are no long term commitments required to make use of our services. You can cancel your subscription at any time or simply purchase by the episode.

Do Plan Packages Roll Over?

We do not roll-over episodes to the next month. We try and help you stick to a schedule of consistency with your podcast. If there was a crisis or issue that is out of your control, please get in touch with us and we can see what we can do for you.

Do You Offer Single Episode Services or Trial Edits?

Yes, we do. Please look at our pricing for more details. We do recommend utilizing one of our monthly plans though as you will be saving money in the long run.

Do You Take Credit Cards?


Can You Edit Two Different Podcasts?

Yes, but each podcast would need its own subscription as our quality of service is very important to us. There is a lot that goes into putting together a quality show and we want to make sure that do our best work for you.
